EGYM, cardioscan and POSITION – these are just a few of the names that have already entered into a partnership with Magicline, and the number is constantly growing. Now the family-owned company seca is also on board and will be connected to Magicline via the open interface in the future.
Advantages for members
What does this mean for members in concrete terms? The medically validated body composition analysis seca TRU can be connected to the Magicline software via a technical interface. Members can thus activate seca devices and measure their body composition directly after checking in at the studio.
Thanks to the cooperation between seca and Magicline, the seca TRU is seamlessly integrated into all processes that are controlled via the Magicline platform. Studio members thus have the option at any time of measuring themselves independently with the seca TRU and sending their body composition data to the Magicline software.
This provides fitness studios with a medically validated monitoring tool that is seamlessly integrated into the Magicline software and thus enables, for example, automated billing of seca TRU measurements. For members, this results in a more holistic workflow and an even better training experience, ensuring increased member satisfaction and motivation.

seca becomes part of Open SPACE
In addition, seca will become part of Open SPACE and help tell the story of the benefits of digitization and innovation within the fitness industry in various content formats. “Precise body diagnostics and analysis are essential for a modern gym. The collaboration with seca is not only a great benefit for Magicline, we also look forward to sharing knowledge in Open SPACE,” said Artur Jagiello, Head of Corporate Communications at Sport Alliance.
The Magicline interface to seca is expected to be available in January 2023.
